Explore: Middle School Yoga
This class gives teens and pre-teens a space to move, breathe, and unwind.
Through yoga postures, breathwork, and mindfulness practices, students learn tools for managing stress, improving focus, and building confidence.
Classes balance strength and flexibility with relaxation and self-awareness - all in a supportive environment.
Tuesdays 4:45-5:45 pm
